Prestige Neptune Courtyard is a completed waterfront apartment project by Prestige Group in Marine Drive, Kochi, facing the backwaters at the Goshree bridge. The 5-acre campus has 366 homes spread over seven 17-storey towers. Work on the project ended in 2011-12.

Triplex homes fill the three highest levels of the first, third, fourth and seventh towers. On the lowest of those levels is its own pool, Jacuzzi and sun deck, and the T2 layout adds a home gym.

Types D and G come with a maid's room and bathroom, and in the D4 duplex the living room is double height. Type F pairs its three bedrooms with a separate family room.

Prestige Neptune Courtyard predates the Kerala Real Estate Regulatory Authority, since its towers were finished in 2011-12. For that reason the project has no RERA registration. Before buying a resale flat, check the seller's title, the occupancy certificate, the building tax receipts and a no-dues letter from the residents' association.

Prestige Neptune Courtyard is fully built. Prestige Group delivered all seven towers along with the clubhouse and gardens in 2011-12, and residents have lived on the campus ever since. The Sky Club, the tennis court and the backwater promenade were finished with the towers. Buyers today take over a finished home with no construction wait.
