Assetz Ren & Rei, Gattahalli: Homes, Price and RERA Details for Buyers
Families after a three-bedroom flat in a compact community near Electronic City will find Assetz Ren & Rei on their shortlist. Assetz Property is building it across 3.79 acres in Gattahalli, with its entrance on Rayasandra Main Road. Registration and Timeline
The Karnataka RERA registration dates from February 2025 and carries the number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/130225/007501. Work on both towers is in progress. The state portal publishes the sanctioned plan and quarterly updates.
The Two Plans
Close to three-quarters of the land, 73%, is kept open as greenery. A clubhouse, a pool and courts fill the space the towers leave. Every core is served by three lifts, two for residents and one for service, and the parking basement has separate ramps for entry and exit.
The two 3 BHK plans differ very little:
- Type 1: saleable area 1,796 sq ft, carpet area 1,353 sq ft with balconies
- Type 2: saleable area 1,821 sq ft, carpet area 1,361 sq ft with balconies
Balconies can be as large as 105 sq ft in either plan. With sizes this close, which tower, floor and facing a buyer picks matters far more than the plan.
Price and Add-On Costs
The smaller plan starts at Rs. 1.89 Crore, and quotes stretch to roughly Rs. 1.90 Crore. Divide by the saleable area and the rate is near Rs. 10,520 a sq ft. Upper floors and better facings usually cost more.
A home that is still being built carries charges beyond the base price:
- GST on the construction portion
- Stamp duty of 5% with surcharges, because the value is above Rs. 45 Lakhs, plus 2% as the registration fee
- Parking, clubhouse membership and a maintenance deposit
- Connection fees for electricity, water and sewage

Neighbourhood and Roads
Gattahalli, pin code 560099, is a residential pocket wedged between Sarjapur Road and Hosur Road, close to Hosa Road and the Electronic City corridor. Most shops, schools and hospitals are along the main roads and not inside the village. From the gate it is 6 km to Electronic City, and Sarjapur Road is 6.5 km off.
The road reaching the gate is narrower than the arterial roads around it. See it yourself at the hour you would travel, and time the drive to work through either corridor at rush hour.
Clubhouse and Facilities
A clubhouse close to 14,000 sq ft anchors more than 20 amenities. These include a temperature-controlled pool, courts for tennis and pickleball, a gym, a spa and co-working rooms. Residents also get a children's play area, a park for pets, gardens and a running path.
CCTV covers the shared areas. With only 218 homes sharing the clubhouse and pool, running costs are split among fewer owners, so ask what monthly maintenance to expect.

Before Paying a Booking Amount
With a 2029 handover, a short list of checks helps:
- Compare the registration number, home count and completion date with the portal entry
- Request the price list by unit, with premiums for floor height and orientation
- Find the unit's carpet area in the draft agreement to sell
- Study the instalment stages and the clause on delay compensation
- Visit the site to look at the approach road and the progress on both towers
