This is an initiative to recognize the leading real estate industry professionals who have played a vital role in the growth of the realty sector in Bangalore.

The award ceremony was inaugurated with a welcome note by Mr. Alok Chaturvedi, COO & Publisher, Siliconindia.

Mr. A N Prakash, Managing Director, A N Prakash Construction Project Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd., spoke about important role of Construction Project Management while giving the inaugural keynote and felicitated the winners.

Total Nominations received is 110+ from Bangalore & Mysore. After an aggressive short listing, A distinguished panel compromising of four jury members Dr. Pratap Kumar M.T., Professor and Head of Civil Engineering, RNS Institute of Technology, Mr. Paul Antony, Executive Director at LJ Hooker India, Mr. Alok Chaturvedi COO & Publisher, Siliconindia & Mr.Virupakshi Pattar, VP-Sales & Marketing, SiliconIndia decided on the awardees.

The awards are based in terms of innovation, quality, reliability technology and continuous improvements. On this note some categories were instituted so as to encourage infrastructure development, foreign investments in the local bodies and real estate growth and companies.
